Choose from six morning or afternoon and one evening workshop locations conveniently positioned within easy reach by public transport in zone 1 of Central London. All of our 3 hour workshops could be booked with a minimum of 24 hours notice given (e.g. book before 10 a.m. for the next day morning workshop) and are subject to availability (please check the workshops calendar on Book Now page).

We offer intensive and practical Learn As You Shoot Street Photography workshops designed to elevate your existing photography skills to a new level and help you become a more assertive and competent street photographer. Our 3 hour workshops are a learning experience for all skills sets and levels that will broaden your photographic horizons and boost your creativity as a street shooter. Our One-To-One and small group workshops are intended to give you maximum personal attention that you may not get from a large group setting with one instructor to go around.
You do not even need to own a camera or mobile phone to take part as we will be happy to supply you with a great camera for you to use and enjoy for the duration of your booked workshop.
We also throw in a 16GB SD card for you to use and take home compliments of Street Photo London

The intricacies of the UK law on photographing people in public
Nowadays the question I am asked the most is the one to do with the rights of street photographers to capture images of people in public places.
35mm or 50mm lens for street photography - the debate rages on
Shoot with your 50mm prime lens if you want to emphasise the subject in your street photos, and with the 35mm one if you want to put your subject in the context of the environment. Simples! Or is it?
Is HCB stIll relevant in the digital age?
I know what you are thinking. Some of you would wonder what the heck HCB might stands for. And some would be appalled at a rather crude suggestion that the Master’s name could be used as a mere three letter abbreviation.
